- How much has been spent on court cases by municipalities in the province since 2016 and (b) for each case, (i) what are the details and (ii) how much was spent?
Answer Body:
10. (a) The attached schedule encapsulates a breakdown of litigation cases and costs per Municipality. Given the volume of cases in certain fields such as, debt collection, evictions, amongst others, the majority of municipalities reported only on the court cases as contained in the schedule.
