- (a) When were the joint operations between Metrorail’s Protection Services, the Transnet Freight Rail Security and the Woodstock SAPS established, (b) how many people have been arrested since the inception of the joint operations between Metrorail’s Protection Services, the Transnet Freight Rail Security and the Woodstock SAPS, (c) where have these arrests taken place and (d) what charges are occurring the most;
- (a) how many people have been arrested in connection with cable theft in the (i) 2015/16, (ii) 2016/17, (iii) 2017/18 and (iv) 2018/19 financial years and (b) what has the conviction rate been in the (i) 2015/16, (ii) 2016/17, (iii) 2017/18 and (iv) 2018/19 financial years?
