- (a) What is the status of this case and (b) for what reason was the complainant forced to sign a blank affidavit;
- whether this is regular police practice; if so, what are the relevant details; if not;
- whether the station commander is aware of this; if so, what action has been taken and what are the relevant details;
- whether the CCTV footage has been collected from the complainant and entered into evidence; if not, why not?
