Whether his Department is incorporating newly acquired skills (new graduates) into his Department to help encourage job creation and entrepreneurship; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details?
Answer Body:
Over the last three years, my department has appointed four (4) newly graduated Engineers and two (2) Town and Regional Planners. They were students who received scholarships from the National Department of Human Settlements and were appointed in contract posts additional to the establishment for the period equal to the years for which they have received a bursary.
