Answer Body:
(a) The production cost of Department’s Annual Report amounted to R43 380 and the Department’s entity’s costs amounted to R 141 138.
(b) 300 copies of the Department’s and 150 copies of the Entity’s report were produced in English.
(c) The Department’s document was produced by Swarve Trading (Pty) Ltd and the Entity’s document was produced by out of the Blue Graphic Design Solutions (Pty) Ltd.
