Whether any South African Police Service officers have been allocated to the new mobile court at Grabouw; if not, (a) why not, (b) when will officers be allocated to this court, (c) how many officers will be allocated and (d) will these officers be new to the establishment or be deployed from existing posts; if so, what are the relevant details?
The South African Police Services informed me as follows:
Note: Annual personal allocations cater for a broader operational demand from which daily deployments (to, amongst other, court function) are guided.

(b) Allocations have been approved in three recent annual allocations of Entry Level Constables, as follows:
- September 2014 (1)
- March 2015 (1)
- March 2016 (3)
(c) 5
(d) The allocation(s) will address existing vacancies on the fixed establishment.
