AGENDA

1. Welcome

2. Election of a Chairperson

3. Walkabout between the 4th and 7th floors of the WCPP precinct to examine the fire mitigating measures in place in case of a fire outbreak on each respective floor.

4. Briefings by the Western Cape Provincial Parliament on:

4.1 the 4th Quarterly Performance Report for the 2021/2022 financial year (January- March 2022);

4.2 the 4th Quarterly Financial Statement for the 2021/2022 financial year (January- March 2022);

4.3 the 1st Quarterly Performance Report for the 2022/2023 financial year (April- June 2022);

4.4 the 1st Quarterly Financial Statement for the 2022/2023 financial year (April- June 2022);

4.5 an update of the projected roll-out of the electronic dashboard system which is aimed to be implemented by the Institution by the end of September 2021.

4.6 feedback on any instructions issued in term of Section 37 (6) & Section 66 (2) of the FMPPLA.

5. Consideration and adoption of the following draft committee documents:

5.1 Committee Minute of 22 March 2022.

5.2 Committee 3rd and 4th quarterly reports of the 2021/22 financial year.

5.3 Committee Annual Activities Report of the 2020/21 financial year.

5.4 Committee resolutions tracking document for the 2nd and 3rd quarters of the 2021/22 financial year.
