[b] [i] The details are as follows:

Malgas [Swellendam Municipality] |
The building was not close enough for easy access for the community and the use was minimal. |

Imizamo Yethu [City of Cape Town] |
Various mudslides caused foundation instability, and it was no longer safe for the public to use. |

Goodwood Correctional Service [City of Cape Town] |
The nature of services to inmates shifted and the Correctional Services requested it to be closed. |

T.P. Meyer [Citrusdal] |
This public library amalgamated into new and bigger Citrusdal Public Library as requested by municipal council. |

Goedgedachtt [Swartland] – |
This was a small Mini library on farm with no municipal support. |

City of Cape Town Mobile library Service |
Due to funding constraints the City of Cape Town made the decision to close the mobile library service. |

Langebaan Weg Depot |
The Airforce base indicated that the library is not needed anymore. |

Klipfontein |
The Klipfontein farm school closed. |

Asla Park [Mossel Bay] |
The library was burned down during a riot and not opened again. |
