(a) When will the detailed policy and operational plan on the Day Zero water collection points be published and (b) what are the businesses that rely on water, such as restaurants, going to do?
Answer Body:
[a] The location and operational aspects of the water collection points will not be released until a period of 6 weeks before there is a Day Zero. The City is still refining this process, as well as the site locations.
[b] Businesses that rely on water will be allowed to collect water in bulk quantities from identified sites.
