(1) Whether the South African Police Service (SAPS) in the Western Cape hosted any imbizos in the 2016 calendar year; if so, (a) how many and (b) what was the total cost;
(2) Whether the Western Cape SAPS was requested to participate in any national imbizos of the SAPS in the 2016 calendar year; if so, (a) how many, (b) how many provincial police officers participated in each event and (c) what was the cost to the Western Cape SAPS?

(b) The number of attendees for National Imbizos are determined by the Office of the Minister. The amount of attendees are normally 3000 of which would include members of the public and members of SAPS.
