Answer Body:
Yes, each Region in DSD has a database for foster parents.
Western Cape Department of Social Development complies with the Norms, Standards and Practise Guidelines (2010) developed by the National Department of Social Development for both National and Provincial Departments of Social Development to guide and support the implementation of the Children’s Act 38 of 2005.
