(2) whether there is a policy guiding the management of these joint school-based sports fields; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details;

[a]    Lentegeur High School?

Response:

Lentegeur [LE] Culture, Arts, Recreation, Education, Sport [CARES] Board in collaboration with DCAS: Sport Development

[b]  Cornflower Primary School?

Response:

LE CARES Board in collaboration with DCAS: Sport Development

[2] Whether there is a policy guiding the management of these joint school-based sportfields; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details?

Response:

There is a Memorandum of Agreement, Board and Constitution in place, with the members of the Board being the affected schools, the school community arts and culture organisations/clubs, the school community sport and recreation organisations/clubs and a non-profit company appointed by the LE CARES Board.

[3] [a] How are the sports representatives of school-community bodies elected?

Response:

Representatives are elected from the affiliated school community sport and recreation clubs.

[b] What is their term of office?

Response:

 Four [4] years
