(2) how many VISPOL vehicles are used for patrol per shift (a) during the day, (b) at night and (c) during the early morning hours;
(3) whether any VISPOL officers, responsible for patrolling Sector 3, have been unable to be present on their shifts during January 2017 as a result of (a) transfer to other stations or units, (b) training or courses, and (c) sick leave; if so, how many officers in each case and on which dates and which shifts were affected?
