The local Criminal Record Centre (LCRC), as an investigative aid, processed the crime scene to link a suspect to the crime. The case is still under investigation.
(b) Lentegeur CAS 594/6/2017 Hijacking
The motor vehicle, a Golf that was hijacked is still outstanding. The vehicle has been circulated on NATIS as sought. There are no positive leads in this matter. There are no positive leads in this matter. The case has been closed as undetected – Property Circulated – B/F 2018/06.
(c) Lentegeur CAS 544/6/2017 Assault (Grievous Bodily Harm)
The suspect in the matter has been arrested and made his first appearance at Mitchells Plain Magistrates court on 2017/06/27. The case has been remanded until 2017/8/30 for trail.
(d) Lentegeur CAS 571/6/2017 Business Robbery
The suspect has been arrested and appeared in the Mitchells Plain Magistrates court on 2017/07/03, 2017/07/05 and 2017/07/07 respectively. On 2017/07/07, the charges against the accused have been withdrawn by the prosecutor on the request of the complainant.
(e) Lentegeur CAS 609/6/2017 Theft
There are no positive leads in this matter. The case docket has been closed as undetected on 2017/08/14.
