Whether his Department funded or supported in any way the organisation known as the South African Agency for Youth Development in the Central Karoo area; if not, why not; if so, what are the details for the (a) 2009/10, (b) 2010/11, (c) 2011/12, (d) 2012/13, (e) 2013/14, (f) 2014/15, (g) 2015/16, (h) 2016/17 and (i) 2017/18 financial years?

While the DSD Western Cape do not fund a South African Agency for Youth Development in the Central Karoo area, it does provide funding to the SA Agency for Change and Development NPO 130- 034 and situated at 17 Visagie Avenue Prince Valley, Beaufort Wes.
The SA Agency for Change and Development has been funded by DSD with effect from April 2014. Details of funding are outlined in the table below.
