[1](a) How many international trips have been undertaken by her and her Department in the (i) 2015/16 and (ii) 2016/17 financial years, (b) what was the destination of each trip, (c) what was the purpose of each trip and (d) how much did each trip cost in terms of (i) flights, (ii) accommodation and (iii) any other related expenses and
[2] whether a report was submitted to her Department after each international trip; if not, why not; if so,
[3] whether she will make copies of these reports mentioned in (2) available; if not, why not; if so, when?
The costs associated with each trip vary depending upon factors such as the number of days that the delegation is away, the number of flights that need to be taken to reach the intended destination and the prevailing exchange rate between the Rand and the destination currencies.
