Whether the Minister is aware of any complaints investigated by the Provincial Police Ombudsman that could not be resolved, if so, (a) whether he has received any reports from the Provincial Police Ombudsman with recommendations on investigated complaints that could not be resolved and (b) whether he has made any recommendation or recommendations to the national Minister of Police on any investigated complaints that could not be resolved by the Ombudsman?
Answer Body:
[a] There has been no complaints that could not be resolved by the Western Cape Police Ombudsman.
[b] Thus there has been no recommendations made by the MEC to the National Minister of Police regarding unresolved complaints investigated.
