(1) In percentage terms, how much evidence has disappeared in (a) Mitchells Plain, (b) Langa, (c) Hanover Park, (d) Lentegeur and (e) Khayelitsha over the last three financial years;
(2) whether any of the aforementioned evidence has been recovered; if so, what are the relevant details;
(3) whether any person or persons have been (a) charged and (b) prosecuted; if so, what are the relevant details?
