(a) What is the breakdown of the rates and tariffs charged for schools by municipalities in the province in (i) 2019, (ii) 2020, (iii) 2021 and (iv) 2022 to date, (b) what is the (i) breakdown per municipality and (ii) comparison of year-to-year changes in the rates and tariffs, (c) what are the details of the (i) schools that have high municipal accounts and (ii) measures that are in place to assist these schools, (d)(i) what are the details of the municipal accounts of all the schools in the province and (ii) what is the detailed cost breakdown per school and (e) what are the details of the schools that have been in arrears in their municipal accounts since 2019?
