2011 – 2 accused: Goodwood Police Station with CAS no. 252/02/2011 – 2 convictions fined R6000 each or 1 year imprisonment.
2012 – 0
2013 – 2 accused: Pinelands Police Station with CAS no. 260/09/13 – 2 convictions – on bail pending appeal.
2014 – 3 accused: Milnerton Police Station with CAS no. 149/05/2014 – currently in Court.
2 accused: Woodstock Police Station with CAS no. 434/11/2014 - both accused absconded – warrants of arrest issued
2015 – 2 accused: Cape Town Central Police Station with CAS no. 776/03/2015 – 1st accused sentenced to 15 years imprisonment – 2nd accused, case withdrawn.
2 accused: Goodwood Police Station with CAS no. 221/10/2015 – Case postponed till 31 January 2018 for trial in Parow Regional Court
1 accused: Kwanokuthula Police Station with CAS no. 24/11/2015 – case withdrawn.
2016 – 2 accused: Milnerton Police Station with CAS no. 505/05/2016 – currently in Court.
2017 – 2 accused: Maitland Police Station with CAS no. 115/09/2017 – currently in Court.
