What is the backlog in the issuing of title deeds in this province in the (a) 2012/13, (b) 2013/14, (c) 2014/15, (d) 2015/16 and (e) 2016/17 financial years?
Answer Body:
The Housing Subsidy System (HSS) cannot provide the backlog per financial year. The backlog according to HSS as on 1/4/2015 was 78871 title deeds of which 26 942 was transferred up to 30/6/2017. This leaving the backlog at 51929.
