Answer Body:
8. No. All courts are accessible to the media who reports extensively on the issue of drug dealers and gangs.
The Department of Community Safety supports media coverage in relation to the successful prosecution and conviction of known perpetrators. This, inter alia, builds the confidence of communities in our criminal justice system.
