(1) (a)(i) When was this tender advertised, (ii) on which platforms was it advertised, (iii) what is the tender for, (iv) what is its value and (v) what are the tender specifications, (b) what (i) is the name of the company to whom the tender was awarded and (ii) are the details of its directors and (c) what (i) is the number and (ii) are the details of the other companies that bid for the tender and (iii) scoring was awarded to each;

(2) what are the (a) names and (b) positions of the persons appointed to the (i) Bid Adjudication Committee, (ii) Bid Evaluation Committee and (iii) Bid Specification Committee for this contract;

(3) whether copies of the reports and minutes of the committees in (2) can be made available?
