With regard to the construction work at the Nowers Academy in Hout Bay:
- What (i) are the details of work that has been done, (ii) still needs to be done and (iii) is the value of the contracts for the work set out in (i) and (ii), (b)(i) when was the tender for the school advertised, (ii) what are the details of the tender, (iii) how many companies applied for the tender and (iv) what are the names of the companies that applied, (c) what process was followed to award the tender to a certain company, whose name was furnished to his Department for the purpose of his reply, and (d) can copies of all the tender specification and other related tender information be made available?
- whether there is a need to expand the unit; if so, what are the relevant details?

The project referenced is being implemented by the Western Cape Education Department, and as such the Parliamentary Question should be redirected to the relevant MEC.
