Who has executive authority over the Department of Transport and Public Works?
Answer Body:
The Provincial Minister of Infrastructure, Tertuis Simmers, is the Executive Authority of the Department of Transport and Public Works for purposes of the Public Service Act, 1994, Public Finance Management Act, 1999, and all other legislation that confer powers and impose duties on the Executive Authority of the department.
