Whether there are any plans for the development of human settlements on erf 595, Greyton; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details?
Answer Body:
The Theewaterskloof Municipality has identified a portion of Erf 595 Greyton for a human settlement project. The project is currently at feasibility stage. Planning funding was allocated to the project to determine the feasibility of the site for human settlement development.
