With respect to the impact of load-shedding on service delivery at police stations:

  1. Whether there are police stations exempted from load-shedding; if not, (a) which stations are equipped with generators and (b) which services are unavailable when stations do not have electricity; if so, what are the relevant details;
  1. whether police stations are closed during load-shedding; if not, whether any cases of stations closing during periods of load-shedding have been bought to his attention; if so, what are the relevant details?

               b] All frontline services are available, such as the client service centre, victim support and the attendance of complaints. Affected services are those of the back office, which range from SAPS mainframe and web-based systems.
