In relation to the monies spent on budget items, including fuel, oil and medical gas, to keep healthcare facilities running during power cuts:
- How much was spent in every month since the start of the 2022/23 financial year, (b) how many litres of (i) fuel, (ii) oil and (iii) medical gas does her Department have in storage in the province and (c) what is the combined value of these items?

- (i) Fuel - Storage for diesel has maximum capacity of 250 000 litres. This level however fluctuates hourly but most accurate available calculation with data at hand is that stock levels are at 192 500 litres.
(ii) Medical gas - Bulk oxygen tanks capacity is 90.5 tons and additional 9 tons of cylinder rises oxygen. Current stock levels are approximately at 60%.
(ii) Oil - is not a stock item that is generally kept.
