- How much has the (i) provincial government and (ii) City of Cape Town spend on legal fees in relation to the Tafelberg site from inception to date and (b) what is the detailed cost breakdown per legal representative?
Answer Body:
- (i) Attached, as Annexure A, is a complete breakdown and summary of all legal costs incurred by the Western Cape Government in respect of the Tafelberg matter.
(ii)The legal fees spend by the City of Cape Town on the Tafelberg matter must be obtained directly from the City of Cape Town.
- The attached Annexure includes a detailed cost breakdown per legal representative.
