(1)  (a) What is the number of learners who are still not placed at schools for the 2023 academic year as at the latest date for which information is available and (b) what is the breakdown per (i) grade, (ii) age, (iii) race and (iv) gender;

2. of the learners who applied for transfer to other schools, between grades (a) 1 to 7 and (b) 9 to 12, (i) how many have been transferred, (ii) how many requested transfers to schools in other districts in the province and (iii) how many were coming from other provinces?
