(a)(i) What is the number of learners from Northern Paarl who are enrolled at the Weltevrede High School in Wellington and
(ii) what are the details of the transport arrangements that are made for them,
(b) what (i) are the details of the challenges that have led to the learners remaining at home without learner transport and
(ii) intervention measures has his Department put in place,
(c) what is the number of school days that have been lost by learners from Northern Paarl who are enrolled at the Weltevrede High School due to learner transport challenges and
(d)(i) how much is budgeted for learner transport for learners from Northern Paarl to Wellington and
(ii) what is the number of routes available and (iii) how many buses are available for these routes?
(a) (i) The Cape Winelands Education District office has reported that there are no learners from Northern Paarl enrolled or placed at Weltevrede High School in Wellington. If the member has information relating to learners from Northern Paarl that are not attending school, we ask that he submit the names and contract details of the affected learners so that the Department can investigate.
(ii) Not applicable.
(a) (i) The District has reported that it is not aware of any challenges that have led learners to remain at home.
