  1. (a) What were the last three dates on which the gravel section of the road between Citrusdal and Op-die-Berg over the Middelberg Pass were graded and (b) what is his Department’s assessment of the current condition of this road;
  2. whether there are any short-term plans to undertake the grading and/or maintenance of this section of road; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details;
  3. (a) what are the factors that his Department considers in determining the priority list of sections of gravel road to be upgraded into surfaced roads and (b) which are the top five sections of gravel roads that appear on the Department’s priority list for future surfacing;
  4. whether economic impact is considered as a criterion to determine the priority list of sections of gravel road to be upgraded into surface roads; if not, why not; if so, how is the economic impact determined?
