With reference to the reply to question 1 of 25 March 2022:
Whether meetings, engagements, presentations and/or discussions took place between representatives of the company in question and (a) the Premier and/or (b) any other members of the provincial executive and/or (c) officials of the Western Cape Government at any stage prior to the awarding of the tender; if so, (i) on what date or dates did these meetings take place, (ii) where did these meetings take place, (iii)(aa) who was in attendance and (bb) what are their names and designations, (iv) did these meetings relate directly or indirectly to the Institution Refresh Project and matters related thereto (including the reorganisation of the Western Cape Government), (v) what was the purpose of each of these meetings and (vi) what were the outcomes of each of these meetings?
Hon. Member De Villiers is repeating a set of questions posed by former Good Party member, Mr S August, on 17 June 2022. In this regard, the Honourable Member is encouraged to refer to my reply as posed on 17 June last year as the facts remain the same.
