Answer Body:
WECSA secures funding associated with the Conditional Grant from DCAS through the Western Cape Sport Confederation for executing its activities in accordance with the South African Sports Academies Strategic Framework and Policy Guidelines of 2013, as outlined by SASCOC. This framework delineates the essential, needs-based services to be delivered.
