Whether the SAPS management is aware of any circumstance in which a member of the SAPS has not been issued with sufficient (a) fingerprint powder or (b) fingerprinting ink in order to carry out his/her duties; if so, what are the relevant details?
Answer Body:
(a) No
(b) All operational Local Criminal Record Centre (LCRC) personnel, attending crime scenes, are fully resourced with all the required fingerprint consumables and equipment to process a crime scene.
