- From July 2023 to date, (i) how many arrests have been made by the SAPS in the province in relation to metal theft, (ii) how many routine compliance inspections of secondhand-goods dealers or recyclers have been conducted and (iii) in how many instances were citations issued as a result of these inspections and (b) how many accredited secondhand-goods dealers or recyclers are currently operational in the province?
