1.1  An overview of its 2015/16 – 2019/20 Strategic Plan

1.2  The implementation Plan of all the requirements of the Financial Management of Parliament and Provincial Legislatures Act (Act 10 of 2009) (FMPPLA). Amongst others the key areas and milestones to be included are:

1.2.1      key risks

1.2.2      progress regards to purchasing a GRAP (Generally Recognised Accounting Practice) compliant system as an accounting framework including staff training

1.2.3      the establishment of own policies (cash and investment, assets and liabilities, Supply Chain Management etc)

1.2.4      status as to the establishment of an Audit Committee

2.  Feedback from the Executive Authority of WCPP on recommendations made at the Committee meeting of 22 May
3.  Consideration and adoption of the Draft Committee Programme
4.  Consideration and adoption of the draft Minutes of 22 May 2015
5.  Recommendations/Actions
