1. The financial state of municipalities to be visited:
2. Administrative , financial and governance support to those Municipalities;
3. Interventions and support mechanisms; and
4. Programmes and initiatives to address critical challenges and problems pertaining to effective and sustainable provision of basic services; administrative capacity and institutional performance of municipalities, as well as ensuring that municipalities align and implement their policies in line with government policies and programmes; and
5. Spending on the Municipal Infrastructure Grant
