• a detailed report which indicates all investigations of alleged corruption within Municipalities of the Western Cape, as indicated on page 115 of the Annual Report of the Department.
• a detailed report which provides a financial breakdown of all “Other Operating Expenditure”, as indicated against Note 4.8 on page 139 of the Annual Report of the Department.
• a copy of the research report conducted by Stellenbosch University on floods which occurred in the Western Cape, as indicated against Annexure 1C on page 157 of the Annual Report of the Department
• a implementation of the Supply Chain Management policies and framework, including a list of the procurement and use of consultants

3. Briefing by the Department of Cultural Affairs and Sport on the following:

• a project schedule providing details on the Nyanga Junction initiation site, as indicated on page 121of the Annual Report of the Department.
• a report which provides a breakdown of all consultants used, their HDI status, projects conducted by each consultant, including the duration of each contract, as indicated on page 196 of the Annual Report of the Department.
• a report on the international visits to Shandong Province and Germany, as indicated on page 197 of the Annual Report of the Department.
• a report which provides the reasons for the condonement by the Accounting Officer, relating to the incident of non-compliance in procurement procedures, as indicated on page 204 of the Annual Report of the Department.
• a memorandum which motivates that Museum Managers may be compensated, as indicated on page 205 of the Annual Report of the Department.
• a financial breakdown of Annexure 1F, as indicated on page 217 of the Annual Report of the Department.

• the implementation of the Supply Chain Management policies and framework, including a list of the procurement and use of consultants
