1.1 The Departments progress in achieving its targets with specific reference to affordable housing (eg. GAP housing for persons   earning a salary between R3 500 - R15 000) 1.2  Partnerships to ensure the sustainability and   success of projects

2. Briefing by the Department of Human Settlements on the Western Cape Housing Development Fund specifically focusing on the: 2.1 Properties audited/investigated for ownership, size, title deeds and Land Parcel Identity (LPI) codes; 2.2 Classification and valuation roll changes; 2.3 Pastel Partner and Pastel Evolution, the transfer of the manual asset register to an electronic format; 2.4 Caseware for the preparation of the Departments annual financial statements; and 2.5 Immovable Asset Register policy (Valuation Policy).
