NCOP Taking Parliament to the People in Eden District Municipality

Members of the National Council of Provinces and the Western Cape Provincial Parliament will undertake oversight visits to various sites and projects in the Eden District Municipality from 19 to 20 April.

These oversight visits, under the theme “Together making service delivery work for our people”, are intended to provide Parliament, the Western Cape Provincial Parliament (WCPP), the South African Local Government Association (SALGA), and particularly the National Council of Provinces, the opportunity to assess developments and provide feedback on issues identified during the oversight visits undertaken in 2015 in each municipality in this district.
