2. A tutorial on the functionality of the model

2. Briefing on the Mount Pleasant 202 Integrated Rural Development Plan (IRDP) housing project focusing on the:

2.1       Measures instituted to determine the credibility of the Housing Demand Database;

2.2       Measures implemented to strengthen consumer education workshops, to create awareness in terms of property maintenance; and

2.3       Challenges and success of the Mount Pleasant 202 IRDP housing project in Hermanus.

3. Briefing on the 353 Integrated Rural Development Plan (IRDP) sites in Zwelihle focusing on the:

3.1       Measures instituted to determine the credibility of the Housing Demand Database;

3.2       Commencement of construction on houses at the Garden site; and

3.3       Progress and challenges of the 353 sites that have been completed in Zwelihle.
