Venue for House sittings

Please be advised that, as a result of the temporary closure of the WCPP’s Chamber on the 6^th Floor of the Legislature Building, 7 Wale Street, due to urgent remedial work, sittings of the Western Cape Provincial Parliament will be held in the chamber on the 11^th Floor, 44 Wale Street.

Members of the media wishing to attend sittings of the House in the 44 Wale Street chamber will be accommodated in a demarcated area in the back of the chamber, accessed via the 11^th Floor, 44 Wale Street. Should the demand for media attendance exceed the space available in the demarcated area, the overflow will be accommodated in the public gallery on the 12^th Floor.

Members of the public who wish to obtain tickets for the public gallery may do so at Reception, Ground Floor, 7 Wale Street. Access to the public gallery is via the 12^th Floor, 44 Wale Street.
