NCOP visit week to focus on health and education

The provincial week of the National Council of Provinces (NCOP), 12 to 16 September, will focus on the delivery of education and healthcare services in communities. This provincial week is intended to ascertain the progress made in meeting the commitments made in the National Development Plan. The theme for the provincial week is “Following up on our commitments to make access to education and health care work for all”.

In the Western Cape the provincial week programme will include visits to healthcare and educational institutions in Worcester, Robertson, Montagu, Paarl and Stellenbosch. Download a detailed programme here.
