Please note that a meeting of the above Standing Committee will take place as follows:

1. Briefing by the Black Sash on the progress made by the South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in reimbursing the social grant beneficiaries that are affected by the unlawful social grant deductions.

2. The rights of the social grant beneficiaries, to give input and advise the Committee on how these unlawful deductions can be stopped, and how the beneficiaries can be fully reimbursed.
