       1.1   Role of the Green Scorpions and the Biodiversity Crime Unit

       1.2  Relationship/synergy between the Department, CapeNature and other stakeholders in combatting and dealing with the different types of environmental crime

       1.3   Application of Section 24G of the National Environmental Management Act (Act 107 of 1998, as amended), and its correlation to litigation cases
