Briefing by Child Welfare South Africa on:

1. The lotto funding of all the Child Welfare affiliates in the province
2. The funding of Child Welfare South Africa by the provincial Department of Social Development, how the funding is allocated to the Child Welfare affiliates in the Western Cape.
3. The reasons why six affiliates of Child Welfare are placed under administration and the turnaround strategy in place to take them out of administration.
