NOTICE OF AN OVERSIGHT VISIT
An Oversight visit of the above-mentioned standing committee will take place as follows:
Date : Tuesday, 8 May 2018
Time : 09:00 – 13:00
Venue : Salt River State Mortuary, 34 Durham Avenue, Salt River
AGENDA
*08:30 Depart from the Provincial Legislature building
09:00 – 10:00 A walk-about of the facilities at Salt River State Mortuary
10:00 – 12:30 Presentation on the operations of facility that include, the admission processes and procedures of the
deceased, backlog challenge and the security measures in place followed by questions and answers
12:30 -13:00 Return back to the Provincial Legislature building
13:00 -13:45 Lunch venue will be decided by the Committee during the visit
Members please note that transport has been organised and will depart from 4 Dorp Street entrance of the Legislature building at 08:30.
