1.         Briefing by the City of Cape Town and the Department of Health on the collaboration between the Department and the

            City on the basket of health services rendered to the communities of the Western Cape

2.         Briefing by the Department of Health on the District Health Plan for each district on the burden of diseases and the

            response strategies of the Department

3.         Consideration and adoption of the Draft Minutes of 17 April 2018

4.         Recommendations/actions
