NOTICE OF AN UNANNOUNCED OVERSIGHT VISIT

An announced oversight visit of the above-mentioned standing committee will take place as follows:

Date       : Tuesday, 5 June 2018

Time       : 09:00 – 13:00

Venue   :   Belthorne Community Hall, Main Road, Athlone, Cape Town, 7764

*08:30   :   Depart from the Legislature Building

09: 00 – 10:00     Inspection of the pension payout point

10:00 -11:30        Question and Answer session

11:30 -13:00        Refreshments venue will be decided by the Committee during the visit

Members please note that transport has been organised and will depart from the Legislature building at 08:30.

*Items on the agenda may be rearranged as deemed fit by the Committee, should you be unable to attend kindly forward apologies to the Committee Co-ordinator. Kindly arrange for an alternate and indicate the name thereof, at your earliest convenience.
